The transition from working from home to coming into the office might feel a bit weird for some. Now having to think about getting dressed and ready, packing your bag the night before, and maybe even bringing your lunch with you are all things when working from home we didn’t have to think much about. If you haven’t worked in a physical workspace the last year it might be hard to remember exactly what you all brought. We’ve come up with a list of our coworking essentials to help you transition easier. Bring headphones As much as we LOVE the conversations that come out of coworking spaces we also understand that sometimes you need to put your head down, listen to some music and get to work! They also come in pretty handy when taking meetings, there’s no worse feeling than getting to work and realizing you forgot them. Make sure you check for them twice before you leave! Your to-do list Whether you make one at the beginning of the week or every morning or even if you make it once you get to the space, nothing is worse than getting there and wasting time because you can’t remember what you have to do that day. This also goes for a planner or agenda if that’s how you plan out your days/weeks. Staying organized at work is crucial for being as productive as possible. Lunch At TableSpace we have snacks and coffee provided for all our members but if you’re planning on staying for most of the day, packing a lunch or having a plan to order takeout is a good idea! The food we eat gives us energy so it’s important to fuel our bodies and stay hydrated while we work! Hopefully, this helps you remember exactly what you need for when you start returning to work.
